Some tourists continue to take risks at brink of the Horseshoe Falls
Search continues for body of 19-year-old Japanese student

It's scary to watch.
Parents allowing their young children to stand up by a railing near the brink of the Horseshoe Falls just so they can have their picture taken.
It's a scene that can be spotted again and again at Table Rock, visitors getting so wrapped up with the majestic beauty of Niagara Falls, they forget about the danger and ignore the warning signs that are posted.
On Tuesday, a seasonal officer with the Niagara Parks Police was kept busy patrolling the area on a bicycle telling parents not to let their children stand on a ledge next to the railing.
Even though there was extensive media coverage about the 19-year-old Japanese student who lost her life Sunday night after losing her balance and falling into the water, some tourists were still not aware of the story.
"We try the best we can to get people to stay down," said Niagara Parks Police Chief Doug Kane. "Most people are up for a second to take a picture and are back down again."
The Niagara Parks Police, he added, have additional seasonal officers working during the summer months who patrol the area on bicycles and part of their duties is to keep an eye on visitors who climb the retaining wall.
